KU Sport Alarm is a small personal project for a few friends. It isn’t run by or affiliated with KU Leuven.

What We Store

• Your email address and name, and a salted hash of your password (never the password itself).
• If you use Google sign-in: your Google account ID and email. Nothing else from Google.
• Your WhatsApp number, if you add one.
• The sessions you set alarms for, and when you were last alerted.

What It’s Used For

Only to log you in and to send the alerts you asked for. No ads, no tracking, nothing is sold or shared.

Who Processes It

• Cloudflare hosts the site and database (EU region).
• Emails are sent through Gmail; WhatsApp messages through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform.
• Session availability is read from KU Leuven Sport’s public schedule. The site never logs in to KU Leuven or sees your bookings there.

Deleting Your Data

Settings, then “Delete Account”, removes your account and alarms immediately. Questions: app1031961@gmail.com.
